Default Ok found my water leaks now how to fix them?

Finally got pans done...well except for waiting for the enamel paint to dry as right after i painted them we had about 4 days of rain hopefully it'll be OK since it did not get wet.Looks like on drivers side found 3 leaks...Previous owner cut the grommet that the wires goes thru to the door to feed a wire, Hood release cables is leaking between the cable and grommet and last one is the steering column grommet. Passenger side so far found one leak around the blower motor (I did notice one nut on bottom right mounting bolt is missing maybe if I install a nut it will fix it...naw not with my luck) I am not going to pull everything out to fix that...I hope. I included pics also....

leak at steering column.

Leak at hood release cable. Notice its coming between the cable and grommet.

Previous owner cut it for the black wire water comes in thru it along the wires.

Leak at blower motor. Noticed missing nut on lower left of HVAC box under the hood. Hopefully I can install a nut and possibly tighten the others? Anyone knows right off hand the size of nut needed?

3m seam sealer. Fix blower motor leak when you do the heater core. Need mopar seal kit plus a sheet of special foam to make a new gasket for the fresh air inlet along with marine sealer.

Replaced heater core 2 years ago did not think about replacing seal for it as it looked good and back then I was still green around the ears about XJ's. Going to try everything imaginable before I remove it again..

Well used whats left of my 3m urethane seam sealer and so far nothing is leaking except it has not cured enough to check at blower motor but sure it will be ok. Didn't really want to take cheap way out but hell started on this project when it was 90 degrees outside now its getting cold.

Did you consider unpinning all the door wiring and replacing that grommet?

I don't know if thats even possible its like somehow its shrunk / molded over the wires..maybe it warmed up and wires feed thru?. Even then if you could you would have to cut all the ends off one side of the wires would still be easier to find a good used harness.
