will an oil pan from a mid 80's s-10 replace my 2.8 oil pan?

I think both posts from this user came with spam links that the spam filter grabbed.

They are "canned" spam bot questions designed for automotive forums in general.

I thought my question was legit and I thought my former question was legit. I can only assume you're a 4.0 person with no knowledge of my questions. I've gone ahead and orderded the s-10 pan since I can't find a jeep replacement but I'm not a bot...

Man... I stand corrected. S10 was so out of place for this forum, and your previous question was so unusual I mistakenly assumed that they were the left over text from a spam post after the spam filter grabbed the link.

I thoroughly apologize.

OK, I did some digging... it appears as if, as long as you get the pan with the dipstick tube on the correct side and set up for the one piece seal, you should be fine.
