Oil Pan Problem

Oil Pan Problem
I took my oil pump off to rebuild it and am now putting it all together but the pan want go back on. Its as if the oil pump is in the way keeping it from lining up with the block. I took the pump back off to make sure it was on right and by what I can tell it is. Any suggestions?
I solved my problem tried to remove but did not see how but thanks for the chance to ask.
