Default Oil leak from dipstick

I know that this issue typically is caused from pressure building up that can't escape from the top of the valve cover. Has anyone found that the only thing that helps with this is thoroughly cleaning out the flutes inside the valve cover? I've replaced the pcv and ccv valves and grommets and cleaned all the vacuum lines so I know there is plenty of airflow in the top system but haven't taken the time to go through the flutes. I know that it's the dipstick after a thorough cleaning and finding that the pressure pushes the dipstick out enough to be open to the oil to leak out. Just getting annoyed with this issue, it's the only place the engine is leaking from and it's out of control to me, can't drive it. Let me know what you all think or have thoughts on.

Have you done a compression or leak down test recently? If you have already replaced the pcv and ccv, that tells me you might have some ring blow by. If you pop off the oil cap while its running, can you feel air getting pushed out? Does it get worse with rpm?

Haven't done a compression or leak test. I'll check the the oil cap trick. You thinking I might have too much (bad rings) and the excess is being pushed out the dipstick?

Has the engine not been run for a long period of time?

Was thinking maybe stuck lower compression rings. Still could be. If you want you can try this. Get some Marvel Mystery Oil (or any top end cleaner). Remove the spark plugs and pour ~1/8th cup in each cylinder. Let it sit over night with the spark plugs out.Next day lay rags over where the spark plug holes are then turn over engine w/o the plugs in. After the MMO is out replace the spark plugs and start engine and see if it helped. I've done this on engines that have sat for years but then you turn the engine over a small bit at a time until you've made one cycle.
