Did you already drain the oil?

worst comes to worst, drill a hole directly through it, stick a metal rod thru your hole and twist the rod for more torque on the filter.

Use a oil filter end cap. Find a long wrench; as long as possible for max torque and an extension... Other option is add the oil and warm up your Jeep for a few minutes then change the filter. Filter will come off WAY better with a warm engine.
