No worries, you are fine. Hey...could you try the Crown Automotive Kit #33002970K on that 90 and verify for us those are the correct O rings?

I think I really need a lesson on buying parts on eBay and Amazon, waiting on my power steering pump I ordered from eBay 86 bucks. Comes with the pump/reservoir I know I'm going to have to send this back too.

Quick question, on the same topic (OFA)

I have an 89 Renix and a 01 HO, the OFA on the 01 is way better located and makes a lot less oil spill when changing filters, can I install a 01 OFA on the 89 Renix? what other things will I need other than the OFA itself?

I THINK you can.

But, did you know that if you pull the roll pin from the block, you can rotate your Renix OFA wherever you want it and tighten it down?

You could use the nipple from the 2001 and use American threaded filters also.
