Oil blowing out of the top of the valve cover

So I drove my Jeep finally in a month. I fixed the leak it had in the cooling system with block seal. Now I am getting huge amounts of blow by out the top coming from the oil fill breather hose and ccv grommet. Oil is coming out of all 3 areas and leaking down the side of my valve cover. What is wrong?

one of the ccv vents is pluged creating to much pressure in the motor, its got to go somewhere

Ive already replaced the back ccv hose and grommet. I cleaned out the valve cover and the flaps. Then resealed it. I was thinking the same thing. Could changing my oil fix anything? I dipped my oil dipstick in and I am getting some kind of gunk on it. Could some of the blockseal/water leaked into the oil causing it to have irregular pressure? The oil gauge is fine while I drive.

Also I need a diagram that shows where all of the vacuum lines go. Can anyone give me something to that extent? I was going to take off the intake/exhaust because of a leaking gasket/freeze plug. Instead I ran block seal through the cooling system and now there is NO leaks. Just the oil problem. I am wondering if maybe I have some of the vacuum lines messed up causing it to do this.

Hayes and Chilton Manuals have the vacum diagrams, If you have water or other elements that you have added to the water side coming thru your water jacket into your motor you other problems, It's most likey just old gunky oil and stuff accumilated from additives, there's no flow in a dipstick except when you pull it out and put it back, the stick just sits down below the tube and collects things.
