Default Odd Wiper Problem

Stopped working last week. Went to check fuse and that's where things got interesting. Cannot find match of fuse block diagram to mine. Googled everything and no match. The owners manual in the glove doesn't even match what I have (pic attached). It's a 96 XJ SE. Supposed to have the metal covered circuit breaker.

Ok. Better now. The circuit breaker plugs into that white plastic socket on the bottom. Did you pull it out? It's been known to fall out.

I thought maybe that but without a reference I couldn't be sure. I'll have to take another look around on the floor and under the seat. If not I'll just get one and plug it in. Thnx much Cheddarnut
