So I have what seems to be a unique problem: my passenger side seat belt won't extend if it's cold (the belt locks as if you were yanking on it). Once everything is up to temp and warm inside the cabin, it works just fine. My first thought was water/ice (as I've just had to replace my turn signals because they were frozen solid), but I've hit the mechanism with some wd-40 to displace any water and it hasn't helped. Just wondering if anyone else around here has had this problem as I haven't been able to come up with anything.
