Odd noise (video)

Hey not sure what this is but it doesn't sound right
Hope somebody can help me out

That's normal. Really. It's the purge valve solenoid and they can click pretty loud.

Yup that is normal. When you unplugged it, you just turned the power to the actuator. So it would stop, just keep it plugged in and if you have no check engine light on or codes about it, just leave it be.
