OBD2 wont work after motor swap

Just did a motor swap a couple weeks ago and when i hook up my scanner it wont work. New motor is out of a 96 put into my 97 everything else works. Just woundering why the OBD2 wont work!

Won't work how? scanner won't work? check for powerand ground at the data link connector.

Pin 16 is B+
pin4,5 Ground
pin11 CCD bus -
pin3 CCD bus +
pin6 sci
pin7 sci
sci is wired directly to the pcm
