Default O2 sensor code...which replacement?

Im looking to replace my O2 sensor. I think it said p0138, I'll have to recheck it before I pull the wrong one off, but I accidentally erased the codes and the MIL lamp is now off.

So I have to replace the O2 sensor and I was wondering which one I should get for replacement. Id most likely goto advance auto parts because I can get good discounts there.

it will come on very soon after you drive it a couple times. On and off and warm up cycles. IDK how many.

yeah, I think what the issue may be is that I have a few cracks in the header and that can mess with the O2 sensors.. Can I run MIL eliminators? Do they make them for jeeps?

is it back on? if it is look up the code in the reader.Bank 1 or Bank 2? Bank 1 is upstream the one on the downpipe off the header and bank 2 if post catalytic conv. If you do them do them both at once, and IDK what is the best brand of o2 sensors.

Its the one before the cat. So I think its related to the cracks in the header... Sucks. I'll have to spend MORE money to get it thru emissions.. There is no way to fool them is there haha.

Oops didn't see where you need to pass emmison testing. You just might have to fix the header if the front o2 sensor isn't the prob.but mines cracked I'm good but no testin here in ohio
