Default NSS, but not the usual problem.

So i need help tracing down a bad ground or connector. On the vehicle side of the NSS plug I have 12.3 ohms resistance on the rev light pin. With this wiring connected, once its in rev it pops a 15A fuse at the inside fuse pannel, and kills the jeep dead. Until a new fuse is inserted, the ECU will not power up. I once had a wiring diagram (no longer because my lappy was stolen) i know that wire is tied into the ECU and the Daytime Running Light module (off the top of my head). Im hoping someone knows the locations of the connectors and ground points on this circuit or point me in the direction of reacquiring a wiring diagram.

I have already rebuilt my NSS, the ECU works exactly as it should, and eliminated the DRL module as my problems, FYI.
