Noises

Hey all still have my XJ and loven it. But I have some noises when i take off fast. Sounds like something hitting the bottom of the truck real fast while under torque. All most sound like if I had a lose shock or something. But every thing is tight and can not find anything lose or hanging. I know its kinda hard to suggest what it might be with out hearing it. But was just wondering if it was a come noise on the XJ or were to start.
Thanks jay

i had this same problem. check your transmission mount and both your motor mounts. also look at your driveline and make sure all the u joints are good

thanks I checked the trans mount by jacking up on it. Did not see any tears in the rubber it did go up about 3 inchs. Motor mounds seem tight. Now the u joints how do u really go about checking them? They seem pretty tight.
thanks jay

Well i figured it out. It was the part that holds the linkage for the transfer case. Looks like there is suppose to be a bushing in there. But in the while trying to figure what was causing the noise. My brake line going to the back started to leak.So got that fixed and solved the noise pretty good day.
