Default Noise from tranny tunnel btwn 25-30ish mph

Noise from tranny tunnel btwn 25-30ish mph. On the passenger side of the tranny tunnel by the gearshift. It happens while accelerating and I think when it's about to change from 1st to 2nd. It's hard to describe the noise, but i hope you guys can help me out. I hate when people give little info to describe a problem like I just did, but it's a sound I really can't describe. Please ask me if you have any questions. She's a 96xj with an aw4, np231, dana 30 and a chrysler 8.25 rear
Please ask me if you need any other info. I haven't listened to it at higher gears b/c I didn't really notice it, but maybe it's my torque converter? I hope not

Can you get a recording? All sorts of possibilities from a bearing somewhere to torque converter or TC whine to lord knows what, lol. Hard to even guess.

Yes, I'll try to get that for you. But I guess right now I'd describe it as a whine/grumble, right where the tranny is

First place to look is where the exhaust pipe travels above the trans crossmember. Sagging engine mounts and trans mount allow the pipe to contact the crossmember causing a very unnerving noise.

^^^ This. Often the hanger breaks off of the pipe right in this area compounding the problem.
