Noise in read end

Noise in read end

We live in a world of topas - barricades built into the road to force you to slow down. You don't want to ignore them.
When I go over some topas I hear this noise that - if I didn't know the spare tire was inside the car - sounds like it would otherwise with no spare tire - clank, clank clank - kind of swaying - in the rear end - then nothing.
Any thoughts ?
