My uneducated guess is you have either a bad bulb or a bad ground.

RE :
Check your ground wires on turn signal lights (markers).
I recently had this problem. I tried everything (all new bulbs, headlight switch, flasher fuse, all new fuses) and nothing seemed to work.
Then I started to look at ground wires and found out that my right turn signal (that was my starting point) ground wire broke off of the light socket. I used a little piece of wire and connected them together and wala it worked. Taped everything up. Everything is still working.

ok so the wires are fine but there is no power to the sockets when I turn on the parking lights. if I put a test light alligator clip on positive battery terminal and check the wires they show ground, which may not be a big deal cause I know door locks wires rest at ground so I am still confused??????? help.... the rear parking lights work so whats the deal...?

Get thee to thy headlight switch. Demate and remate the connector then try again. If that doesn't work then can you try another headlamp switch?
BTW: You never indicated whether your headlamps and/or high beams light up.
