i recently put a lift kit on my 90 and went to turn on my lights and none of my interior lights work but all the outside ones do changed fuses but the kept blowing them

then you have a possible short circuit in the wires or at one of the light bulb sockets. Are you sure you are using the correct fuse? If yes then you need to check the wires and sockets, check the bulbs too.
