No fire to plugs, coil pack good no codes...CPS?
 

Went to crank Jeep this morning and just spun over fast but no firing up and running so figure when I get home I'll look into it as either no fuel or no fire.Well got home hooked up timing light to spark plug wire(s) as I converted over from rail to Viper style couple years back and no spark. So swapped back to a known good coil rail and still no fire just spins over. Did swap the ADS relay with no change and shows no codes per my scanner. Jeep had been running great...just all of sudden getting no fire. Tried hooking up test light to fuel injectors but never saw it flickering. My understanding that a bad CPS with cause no fire to coil and no power cycling on injectors. As far as I know it has ever been replaced and at 155k miles now.

Well went ahead and got a new one a NTK EH0248 since from what I've read they used to make sensors for Chrysler. I haven't installed yet but did manage to remove the old one and that top bolt is a pain. Compared old to new ohmed out pin b and c which per everything I've read and the new one should show infinite...open. Well old one is 3 ohm...dang near a solid connection! Too bad tomorrow suppose to rain so guess will be Monday after work if not storming. EDIT.... Got new one installed today runs like a champ again.
