No electricity in steering column?

No electricity in steering column?
Hey guys, I got a 2000 XJ. I have an issue where my steering column has no electricty (no cruise control, horn wont work, and air bag light is on). I still can use it to drive and turn the wheels no issue, JUST NO ELECTRONICS!!!
I looked under and didnt see any cut wires or anything noticeable.
