No Drive, but lots of Dex on the floor :(
Grrr.
I was coming back from town and noticed the Jeep was revving quite high. I wondered if it was something to do with the NSS or being in 3. Nope, as I went up a hill it was pretty clear I was losing drive so I pulled over within a couple of hundred yards.
Instant burnt oil smell. Uh oh.
There was transmission fluid underneath from the electric fan to the cat - which was where the nice little oil was making the smell.
I'm hoping it's just a line, could be the cooler - I couldn't tell with all the gunk everywhere without stripping out the grill. FML.
