1993 jeep cherokee Was driving into work Monday and all of a sudden just died at 35mph now it will not crank over at all has power to dash no sound coming from fuel pump when ignition kicks on run out of ideas have checked the nss new battery newer alternator new fuel pump anyone have input

Check for power at the fuel pump with a volt meter.

It's a 1993 cruiser54

Over on the driver side inner fender is a fuel pump ballast resistor .
White ceramic deal with a wire on each end. See if you have voltage at both sides when cranking.

Doesn't try to crank at all acts dead but just put a brand new battery in it

Dash warning lights come on with key On?
What do they do when you turn the key further to Crank? Go dim or stay the same brightness?

On light on on dash is brake light when I turn key it goes away and no crank

Turn on your headlights and see what happens using the same test.

Same brightness do not dim

So, the starter isn't getting power then.

starter kicks on if i jump the solenoid would 1 single relay cause it to lose power to every thing but the cluster and is there a specific ground for the relay box under the hood
