No crank on a monday

Default No crank on a monday
My 96 wouldn't start today, not even a crank. Got mil lights but nothing beyond that. Just charged my battery and got a loud clank when I went to start it. After that no mil lights.

Looking for 12.6 volts at the battery with a volt meter. Next condition of the battery terminals. Both will cause the same problem.

Clearance between the doohicky and the thingimywhatsit should be between 6 - 8.36978mm or 5", whichever is less.
