And the next issue is.....
 
So I cleaned my throttle body and stuff and although the throttle position sensor tested ok I'm still having an issue seems like it drops Rpms dramatically when it shifts I'll attach a video

Put it in 1-2 and once in second gear see if you can get it to stutter.

I suspect an O2 sensor.

Wow really sorry this was meant to be an update to an original post didn't realize it was a whole new post but it's a 1998 Cherokee sport 4x4 auto
