New rear drum brakes very noisy
New shoepads and drums.Do I just need to take them apart and give them a brake cleaner bath??

Could be really out of adjustment. Jack the back up and see if the wheel spins very freely. You should have a decent amount of friction. Did you do them or had someone else? A lot of times people don't lube the contact points of the shoe to the backing plate. That can make some noise. To check just pop off the drum and you should be able to see three spots of brake lube on the inner sides of front and rear shoes. BTW if you had a shop do this just take it back.
Good luck.
Good luck.
