Hi my name is Giovanni,

I just bought my first car and I got a 1996 Cherokee.
I love this car now and I need advice for this since im new at Jeep cars.

yeah i do, imma put the pics up my computer was being dumb and i deleted the post.

But yeah im 18 i dont really want an off-road jeep

i want something nice... to have a girl in and stuff... you know? and i was

wondering what would be some great ways on fixing up a jeep.

like i guess like rims?

i really dont know but i think that my jeep would look nice in rims

dont really know what size to go with or style...

i need someones opinion because we are a ford family...

but i saw the jeep... it was clean and nice... and i know it has potential

for what i want...

i really hope your not talking about bling rims. but for some clean off road style wheels check out craiger soft 8's and the like from summitracing.

yeah i was talking about some chrome...

i wouldnt know how it would look... in my head it looks decent

with limo tinted back windows and rims..

and chromes front..

shifter...

and is there anything that i should know about this car..

cuz i dont know anything about it.. like do the back seats fold... or is there

anything i should know?

yes the back seats fold down, first pull the bench up the fold the back down. as for the shifter piece the best place to find that part would be from the JY.

They specialize in jeep salvage and have tons of parts.

As for the wheels, you'll mostly get comments saying to get some newer model jeep wheels or off road wheels (black steel wheels and such).

Two places that sell nice wheels for jeeps. If you were wondering, you have 5x4.5 bolt pattern so look for wheels with that.

Yeah my car is 2wd... And I got the part that goes around the shifter, its in the back but I don't know how to put it on now, because when I put it and I shift the whole thing moves around...

and I'm not looking
For that offroad look... any help?

You might want to screw it into the floor. Search the carpet for screw holes.

There isn't a whole lotta street-jeep traffic here...yet. If you want answers or help in that category, i suggest you search some online stores for aftermarket accessories that fit your needs. You can find basically anything on the internet
