Default new injectors now not starting

so i put in my "new" injectors today after work and now she aint starting i noticed that the cps wasnt sittin in there right so im guessing its that but im also wondering if it could be something else. i believe its gettin fuel thru the injectors but cant remember how to check, its gettin spark, its just turning over and turning over like a bad cps would cause. any ideas other than the cps thing that im gonna tackle tomorrow

bleed the air from the fuel rail
turn the key on and push the little pin in like a tire valve

the regulator has a vacuum line to it remove it and plug it

and on the drivers side fender by the master cylinder there is a ceramic resistor with two wires connect the wires that will give the fuel pump full power

it will help get any air out
you will have a little more pressure on the system
don't drive like that forever just to purge the system
