New here from Iowa

Hello
I just bought a 93 jeep Cherokee country for 500.00
It has 115 thousand on it .
the guy had it sitting for a few years. it looks like the valve cover is leaking as the motor is REALLY oily has the 4.0 in it after looking under it I'm getting nervous on maybe I got myself into a mess any suggestions on what to look for or check ? when I drove it It shook at 60 mph also wondering if I should do some kind of a engine flush?

If that area is how i remember it, there cant actually be enough people living there to form a club haha jk
