I've been having some problems recently with my low beams. For the past month they've been fine until earlier today. So I go to Advanced and picked up the headlight switch. Everything was installed correctly and yet still no low beams. No fuses are blown. Hopefully it wasn't a defected part, but never say never. Where do I go from here fellas?

Do your interior instrument, radio etc lights work? Did you check the fuses in the power distribution center under the hood?

Have you tried new head lights? Assuming you still have a stock setup that's only $20 , you could just buy one and see if it works.

i have the IPF updated harness and yes sometimes that switch will work sometimes it doesn't i know It cant be a fuse because if that was the case the low beams will never turn on. My cluster lights do work as well as my radio etc. Dimmer works fine and so does high beams. I just have to be lucky when my lows turn on. Sometimes they work and sometimes the dont. I'm stumped. All I can think is that maybe it's a bad ground or turn signal switch maybe?

Bulbs are new btw already went that route

I'd be checking out the relays on that harmless then. You're talking about the one that makes you headlights run directly through the battery for power and adds a relay right ?

Maybe unhook the harness and see if the low beams work ?

It's the harness that has 3 relays and it plugs directly into the stock OEM location under the hood. I'll try doing what you suggested and clean out the connectors with dielectric grease and go from there. Will post back in a bit...

Could have a bad hi/low beam switch? The one in the steering column.

Ok it turned into something really silly. The relay that controls the low beams for the IPF harness was a little loose and dirty. I cleaned it with some dielectric grease and pushed it down nice and snug. Results....low beams!

Thanks DieselD and all
