new fuel sender for 1985 XJ w/ carb
 

The fuel sender in my 1985 Cherokee 2.5L 4cyl 5sp man with YFA carb & CEC control system is getting flaky.
I bought a Crown J5363490 from Carparts.com because they said it would fit, but the flange is 67.5mm, far smaller than
the original 95.4mm. Carparts.com tech was no help, and Crown hasn't yet responded to my query.

I've tried a few Crown parts; some were perfect fits, others I could make fit, but this sender is just wrong.

Does anyone know of a source for a replacement sender that fits? I was told that it is unique to 1984-1985 models.
Also, it'd be good to know of a source for the fuel sock/strainer that sits on the inlet.
