new clutch slave cylinder faliled
Hello all,
I did a search on this but nothing,
I replaced the clutch on my 88 Cherokee with the Peugot 5 speed tranny. I bought a Dynapak kit from Checkers AutoParts, after all was put together I filled the reservoir open the bleeder valve to bleed it then started pumping the pedal and on the 10-15 pump the pedal went all way to the floor and fluid started dripping from the bellhousing
I pulled the slave cylinder out and went to Checkers told the parts guys and after drilling me with some dumb questions he ordered another kit to replace the slave cylinder, should be here tomorrow.
anyway, my question is, should I reinstall the slave or should I go to a different brand? what's a good kit, has any body had the same problem? I dont want to have to replace it again anytime soon
