Question New Bumper

I ordered my new rear bumper from JCR. Its their stage 3 rear bumper/tire carrier comes raw steal. My question is what is a good paint to use? I like the idea of POR-15 but is there a cheaper solution that will take abuse? Rhino lining I've heard good things but has orange peel look.

If you do use rhino lining or any bed coating, ill share a little trick that we use on the front of our company trailers. After you spray it on and let it dry completely, take sand paper and sand it down. You wont get a gloss by any means, but it will take most of the orange peel look off. It will still look kinda textured, but you will have to get a close look to see it. I don"t know, just thought id share the info.
