New 4.0 water Pump - no running a little hot?

New 4.0 water Pump - no running a little hot?
New 4.0 water Pump - now running a little hot?
Well one month to go with the XJ and my Water Pump blew up...
So I had a new one installed..
Now after less than 10 min of Driving the Cooling fan comes on...never did this before..and it's annoying as Heck.
Any suggestions as to what would cause to the heat to rise so quickly?

Was it a new or a reman water pump? I'm hoping it was new. Reman water pumps (although more rare than they used to be) are bad news......
