need YOUR opinion on exhaust set up... Trail mishap
High centered a few too many times today and this happened:
What do you guys suggest? The muffler was stock and beyond shot so I left the whole stock set up in a metal scrap pile on the way out of the trail to be recycled.
A decent catback or a simple glasspack to tone down the ominous roar?
All advice is appreciated

Did a search and reviewed the most popular.... Looks like performance curve and the summit dynomax kit are the leaders. I just don`t want to have to bring a hangerless pc kit to a midas and have them weld the kit together.

Summit Racing has the Dynomax cat back for about $150 and Dynomax has a $75 rebate program on right now. Get the whole system for $75. My muffler is shot and I just ordered the kit rather than replace the just muffler.

If you're gonna keep drivin' on the same kinda trails (and why not), I'd go with a "bullet" shaped glasspack style muff, no more than 4" diam. and as long a case that will fit. Seems like it would slide by/over more stuff when hi-centered than a traditional shaped muff.
