Default need some help removing this np242 nut

hey guys, short story i'm working on getting a np242 from the junkyard and this is the nut that's giving me the biggest headache. my 12 point 9/16 cannot sit fully in the bolt so as soon as i apply enough strength, it starts stripping the top of the nut.

tried a 3/8 ratchet but with the shortest socket it doesn't fit in. 1/4 might do but i won't have any leverage and i don't have a 9/16 for that ratchet size.

cannot remove the bracket without that bolt, and no grinders allowed at the junkyard so i can't enlarge the access hole.

any ideas?

here's an image, the one at the far top is no problem, the one in the center of the pic is what i'm referring to.

I would use pb blaster (penetrating oil) 6 point box wrench with cheater bar or a hammer.

I used a 14mm ratcheting wrench for that spot, I think.

I've found that Deep Creep or Kroil both work better than any other penetrant, spray it well and let it sit for a while. And yeah, a racheting wrench would work good there.

Kroil or a 50/50 mix of transmission fluid and acetone. I seen CRC Freeze-Off at the parts store, but never tried it.

I use a U shaped box wrench originally intended for injection pumps on a Cummins 400,
