Default In need of help! Clunking sound when braking and turning

OK this is my first post on here, my jeep has been having this problem for a minute and now it is getting real bad. When I brake there is this awful clunking sound. It's when I start breaking harder to come to a stop when this happens. It sounds like its coming from the front but I don't know for sure. Also, when I'm not moving I will put it in drive (with my foot on the break) and start turning the wheels back and fourth and the sound is there again. When I put in reverse is when it is the worst. When it is in park and I do the same thing it is not nearly as bad as when I'm in drive or reverse with my foot on the break. I don't know if it some kind of bushing or rotor problem so that's why I'm here. If you guys have any ideas please share!

Jack up the front end. Feel for play in your shocks, control arms, track bar, tie rod ends, ball joints, etc.

A lot of front end parts to check, but put a wrench on everything and make sure everything is good and tight.

Is it lifted? Tighten up the track bar bolts before anything else.

Also Check your Upper & Especially the Lower Control Arms.
May be Worn Bushings or Simply Re-Torque the Bolts to 130-133ft lbs.
