Default Need help with brakes asap?!

I have done some adjusting to the rod that pokes out of the booster into the master cylinder. when i first start it up, The brakes work fine but after i drive it around about 15 miles or so the brakes starts to rub. The pedal gets alittle hard and you can actually smell the brakes getting super hot. PLEASE HELP

Ive been adjusting back and forth, it seems like whenever it gets warmer or actually ran thats when they start to stick. Ive found that it dosent have anything to do do with the rod.. i dont know why i even put that in there.

Nope. just the front. ive done the brake master test, Where you pump the pedal a few times then hold, then turn it on. it passed that test.

Ps. Thanks for your timely response

Unless both front hose or both caliper are sticking which is very unlikley. Still sounds like rod adjustment......

While an assistant slightly depresses the brake pedal, watch for fluid to erupt in the reservoir
when the pedal is depressed 3/8” to 1/2”. This indicates correct push rod length. On dual
system master cylinder, fluid may spurt only from the front reservoir.
3. If the pedal travels more than 1/2” before master cylinder fluid erupts, the push rod is too
short. If nothing happens no matter how far the pedal is depressed, the push rod is probably
too long.
4. To adjust the push rod length, first remove the master cylinder from the power booster. Using
a pair of pliers, turn the push rod adjusting not in to shorten and out to lengthen the push rod.

. You're likely looking at a frozen caliper or sticking caliper . Jack up the front end and rear see if your tire spins freely if the brake is applied you found the side with the problem .

When the jeep is cold or just started it can drive around with the pedal about 2inches from the floor then after awhile its all the way at the top with no brake pedal travel.

No the pedal is nice and soft. Normal when cold. after about 15 miles or so the pedal gets harder and the brakes start to rub alittle and next thing you know you can smell the brakes.

This sounds like hose not letting fluid return back into master.

IF so, how would i fix it. I am going to bleed my brakes again and let some of the fluid out. its super full. but again how would i fix that problem.

Ps. would too much fluid in the reservoir be the problem? maybe it expands when hot? idk
