Default Need Help BAD Cherokee Stalling

i have a 87 xj, i've had it for a year now and for half of that year it was sitting. right before i parked it it was randomly stalling...

when i got back to it i changed these parts, TPS, cps also i removed connector and hard wired it, changed all fuel injector connections (they were loose and causing a mis), fuel pump (metal shavings in it), fuel filter, ground wire from batt to engine,

it will start and run perfectly untill it randomly stalls! sometimes it will start right up, other times it will take up to 5 mins. dosn't matter if it is hot or cold. sometimes when long cranking it will blow out the MAF vaccume line from the throttle body (i think its beacuse the timing chain is loose).

sometimes when it starts back up it will run very rough and just a little bit of throttle will make it die!

im stumped at this point and don't know where to go from here. will change out pos batt cable and change some more gound wires...

anything will help

have you changed the batt terminals? How about a look at the cap and rotor and the condition of your coil?

I would start there. HTH

Forgot about this post but it was a bad coil. No problems ever again after that.
