Default NEED HELP ASAP!!!!

Alright so i already have a 1998 jeep cherokee that i am currently fixing. Have all the parts and everything to fix it and i have been just looking around on craigslist for some tires and a lift kit. And i ran over a few thing that sparked some interest in me. I want some help on what things to jump on and start making some calls and offering. Hope you guys can help.

First thing i found is a 1998 jeep cherokee that is pretty cheap. All it needs is a front clip and the front 2 seats. Also doesnt have a tranny or a engine but he wants 300 bucks or best offer. Im not sure if i should jump on this or just let it go.

Second thing that i found is a 4.5" rustys lift kit for 550 that needs a shock and sway bar drop brackets. Already called the guy and he said that its next to new because he wrecked his cherokee a few weeks after he put the lift kit on it. So you think this is worth $550 or how much would you offer him?

Third thing is i found 4 31"x10.5"x15" All-Terrain BFGoodrich tires that have 1300 miles on them. Guy wants $400 or best offer for them.

Was thinking about getting the lift kit and the tires then buying 4 cragar soft 8 rims and be done with my cherokee. Or buy the other cherokee and have 2 of them making 1 a trail rig.

I dont know what to do someone help me.

Definately dont pay 550 for lift when rc has the whole setup for 495 brand new(which is as good or better). Tires are good deal if the rubber looks good(no tears and tread is good) cause new they are about $140 from walmart each, still dont pay full price. if you have the cash I would look at the other rookie cause speaking from experience you do break stuff in the bush like front axels. You could take the axels and scrap the rest if you want for a little cash in return, and while they are there you can build the axels slowly(gears, locker etc...) just a thought

bfg's are good tires but with 1300 miles on them $400 is pushin it. i bought 4 brand new ones shipped to my door for about $550.

and yeah, i would pass on the lift, or make a lower offer. shocks are a pretty essential part of a lift, and are not always cheap. sounds like he's tryin to rip someone off.

Was gonna offer there BFG tire guy around 250 or 300 for them and for the lift im thinking about skipping it and just going with a new rough country one. Also whats the better lift? Theres a $495 one and a $695. One has AAL and ones springs. Which ones better of the two?

As far as the other XJ i think my dad might want it as he has been looking for one that he wants to put a duramax motor in.
