I just bought an xj that came with a factory sunroof. Well the idiot P.O. broke the glass in it and sealed a piece of sheet metal over it. When he did this he cut up the headliner board and just screwed fabric up that sagged to your head . Is there anywhere that I can get a new headliner board? I doubt I'll be able to find one at a jy with a sunroof nearby.

dought it just get regular one and cover sun roof or recut hole junk yard best bet

no.
go to junk yard, nobody buys them, they should go cheap.

If you can't find one with the original sun roof cut out I would think this would be your best bet.

Headliner borad from jy then bedline it then spray paint it whatever color you like or add more fiberglass to give it strenght then add fabric. They tend to not like to come out easy either and fight and rip esp on front middle and side from the velcro

Thats a good idea. If i bedline it ill never have to worry about it sagging. But what about the sondbar?

The same thing there both made of fiberglass, it just that the sound board had more fiberglaa and small so its ridged
