Default Mystery engine noise

Got the new oil pump on and primed on my 4.0. Have slightly more pressure than before. Yay!

New noise I'm getting now:

I did it from the interior because the garage echo is horrible. I get the noise from startup. The noise didn't seem to get louder when I revved it, so I'm not sure. I do remember one of the rods had a VERY SLIGHT wiggle when I was under there replacing the pump. Any suggestions?

Put in 10w30. Was running 5W30 but with 140K, was recommended to run heavier stuff.
