My XJ cranks but engine doen't starts!!!
Hi There
Today I took my XJ to 4WParts to check the rear noise I had, Came back I changed the oil went back home changed then it starts to crank but engine doen't starts!!! so when i pour directly from airintake it starts up for 5 to 10 sec then shuts off!!! so probably fuel pump issie therfore i checked all fuses everything looks good.now my question is how I can test the fuel pump?or what else could cause my engine doent get fuel!!!
Thanks for any Tips

Well yes you definetely have a fuel problem. Most likely, the fuel pump relay or a ground. I believe you may have an ASD circuit on your truck. Start there and work your way to the pump.

bump the starter... walk behind your jeep and stick your ear to the tank... if you hear it running then all is well... can also pull the fuel line off the rail and bump the starter and it should poor out... id choose a bad fuel pump before wiring...
