Is it my idle air control vale
 

Hi my 00 cherokee Xj 4.0 inline 6 was running really rough, shifting, hard and stalling when idling with the engine lite on. I replaced TPS today, have given it time for brain to reset. Now my engine lite is off, it shifts and runs fine but if I take my foot off the gas it dies. Do I need to replace the idle air control valve?

When my IAC acted up the engine wouldn't shut off but idled way below spec (700-750rpm).

Not long after I cleaned my IAC and t/b it started acting up again. Ohms test showed it bad.

IAC ohms test:
Pin sequence;
A B C D

A to D/B to A = 40 to 80 ohms

B to C/C to D = open
