my 99 jeep cherokee turns over but won't startI have a 99' Jeep Cherokee and we have
I have a 99' Jeep Cherokee and we have just replaced the crankshaft sensor, starter, distributor cap and roters. Sometimes my car will start, but usually it will only start if it is cold. Sometimes it will allow me to start it when warm when I press the gas peddle all the way down and hold it until it is completely started. Also it when I drive it, it seems to be taking up way too much gas and the idle acts weird. Sometimes it feel like the idle gets stuck and is up too high. I know it is a fuel problem, but I can't figure out exactly what. The fuel injectors, fuel pump, filter, and relay are fine. I believe the problem is in whatever is putting the gas to the fuel injectors, but what? there are so many sensors and other things it could be. Any help would be great. Thank you!

I would pull the throttle body off and clean it up real good. Take out the Idle Air Control Valve and clean that up too. Check over all your hoses for vacuum leaks too. It sounds more like an Idle Air Control problem to me.
So it starts if you hold the gas down but will not start if you don't right?

Have you done any diagnostics at all?
(Compression test, verify function of electrical components, check for vaccum leaks, inspect wiring, etc.)
Did this no start condition happen suddenly or did it slowly become a problem? While were at it, how many miles, are you the original owner, and if so do you maintain it?
