Multiple misfire #3 & #6

Multiple misfire #3 & #6
I recently bought an 01 XJ with a rebuilt motor. The Jeep sat for almost a year and immediately the radiator sprung a leak. Before I could get it replaced, I ran it hot. I replaced the radiator, water pump, thermostat, and fan clutch and everything seemed ok. Within a week, the check engine light came on. I checked codes, multiple misfire #1 and #6. I replaced all 6 plugs. #6 had what appeared to be oil around threads of plug not on electrode. The others didn't look that bad. It's been running smooth for over a week and now the light comes on again. This time #3 and #6 misfire. I have ordered a replacement coil. Any suggestions. Thanks
