get rid of the tracbar drop bracket on the axle. that will help some. i would invest in some crossover steering too. it also looks like you need a longer tracbar.

x2 on the pitman arm. and get a steering stabilizer. also the track bar would need to be replaced by an adjustable one or an very hefty drop on the driver side. a sway bar would help with the on road manners. have you taken it to an RTI ramp to see what it will do or a buddy with a fork lift to lift one side of the front to see how it will do? if you are thinking it won't flex by how it handles you would be surprised. every shock is different and every spring is different. if test out the flex you will know what you have, also disconnect the shocks to see your maximum flex.

Death wobble is mostly caused by your caster setting. I had mine aligned properly and caster set and now it drives MUCH better. Well worth the couple hundred bucks, and my tires wear better to.
You should also check those shocks out, it looks like they have been there a while.

Yea, i'm fixin to get some fresh shocks too. Having trouble with the sizing for all this since im not really sure how tall the lift actually is. Any good way of determining the measurements for the trackbar, pitman arm, shocks, ect?

You don't need long arms to get some mad flex outta your XJ! although it helps... heres a pic of my flex test on short arms...

& heres how my linkage sits now I also need a adjustable track bar, but I'm posting this to show how much the extreme drop pitman arm helped my steering angles! So you don't get the "bump steer" it sounds like your describing...

i do but thats just me. Steering boxs are powerful little things. your might not rip through the frame now but still possiblity of breaking bolts. 6ft cheater bar on a 1/4in ratchet. leverage breaks ****
