odd little tail light

Model: Cherokee(XJ)
the running light in the tail light housing has 2 light bulbs one shared with 2 filaments for the brake and running light top bulb, right below is the tiny one that also comes on when running lights are on but wont respond to the brake when pressed

edit: those tiny ones actually make a huge difference in complete brightness and shine more sidewards, same as the front but all in one housing
