Does anybody have some good instructions on how to make rock rails and/or bumpers?

I am planning on making my own but would like something to refer to (measurements, diagrams, type of metal to use ect.)

Any information will be greatly appreciated.

x2 (rock sliders) already saw many good writeups on bumpers

an easy way to do it and may people do it this way is to get some 2x4 rectangular tubing cut off the bottom of you r rockers and weld or boltr the 2x4 steel to there it looks good and gets rid any masty rust thats down there very easy and efective
