over torqued lug nut spun bolt and nut how do I remove it

If the wheel's still on, as I assume from your post, your easiest/quickest solution is an air chisel. IMO

if the lug nut wont back off ? as im asuming...take the other 4 off and have someone pull on the tire and rim while you use a impact to back it off...

Might not want to do it if you have good rims, but you could jsut use torches to cut off the lug nut, If you are good with them, You might not hurt a steel rim, aluminum probably get messed up though.

Other option is to remove the front hub, or rear axle shaft and cut the back of the wheel stud off with torches. This way takes longer, But you wont hurt your rim!
