Low Idle teriable gas milaged Injetors

Engine: striaght 6 4.0l
Low Idle teriable gas milaged Injetors
Just before i replaced my injector o rings it idle about 600 to 800 and ran good
I just replaced my o rings on my multi port fuel injection and now the idle flexes between 200 and 500 idle now there alot of carbon build up and spark plugs are grey ish also i have bosch platuimun 2 spark plugs are they good plugs theve only been in for 6 months or should i try a copper plug?
1990 jeep cherokee 4wd str6 4.0

im just trying to fix them so they wont leak i just cant think if im getting air into them of if im missing something

try resetting the computer by disconnecting the pos and neg of battery and touching them to gether for 30 seconds then reconnecting them and start thr jeep and see
